Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing our company for your upcoming travel experience in Egypt. To ensure a seamless process and the best possible experience for our clients, we have outlined the following payment policy. Please review the details below to understand our payment procedures and requirements better.

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your package.

Final Payment: The balance of your tour cost is due no later than 30 days prior to the start date of your tour. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank Transfers
  • Secure Online Payment Platforms

Please note, for payments made by credit card, a processing fee of 3.5% may apply. Bank transfers should include any transaction fees charged by your bank so that we receive the full amount due.

Currency: All payments should be made in USD or the equivalent in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on the exchange rate on the date of payment.

Cancellations and Refunds: Should you need to cancel your booking, notification of cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the number of days before your tour start date:

  • More than 30 days: Deposit only
  • 15-30 days: 50% of total tour cost
  • 7-14 days: 75% of total tour cost
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of baggage or personal items.

Changes by You: Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, we will accommodate your request based on availability. An administrative fee may apply.

Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make adjustments to the tour itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative of equal value.
