Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple

After the sun sets on the banks of the Nile, prepare for an enchanting evening at the Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple. This unique spectacle brings the ancient world to life, as lights illuminate the complex and voices echo through the corridors, recounting stories of gods and pharaohs. The ruins become a stage for a narrative that spans millennia, casting shadows that dance across the hieroglyphs and columns, creating a magical atmosphere. This show not only offers a mesmerizing visual experience but also provides a deeper understanding of Egyptian mythology and the splendor of Karnak, making it a must-see addition to your Luxor adventure.

Our Tour

Luxor Tours will give you the chance to discover how life was thousands of years ago. You will learn about them through the splendid sound and light show at the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history, which was dedicated to the god Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Greco-Roman Kingdom.

You will be transferred to see the Karnak Temples, where you will attend the spectacular sound and light production. This spectacle will take about 75 minutes. It first takes you around the temple grounds, and finally, the last act is played while you are seated along the Great Sacred Lake. The performance relates to the history of Luxor as the capital of the ancient world.
